Equipped with 300W high-intensity UV LEDs and dual top and bottom illumination, it provides consistent 360° curing, reducing processing time while improving durability. The integrated nitrogen environment minimizes oxygen inhibition, producing stronger, tack-free parts, and the pre-gas function lowers oxygen levels below 1% for optimal curing of demanding resins. A built-in heater reaches 80°C (176°F), enhancing polymerization, reducing defects, and improving mechanical properties, while dual LED arrays (25 each, 355–415nm, peaks at 365nm, 385nm, 405nm) ensure even, shadow-free exposure across all geometries.
The intuitive touchscreen allows creation and storage of custom curing profiles and a material library for repeatable, efficient results. The spacious 5½"L x 5½"W x 3"H inner chamber accommodates multiple parts at once, speeding batch processing. One year warranty.
