I do not see my Premier Discounts.

You must log-in to your account with your email and password to receive membership pricing. If you do not have an online account with us, one must be created. If you are still experiencing an issue, please call us at 1-800-959-9505.

I cannot remember my password.

If you cannot remember your password, you can have a link to reset it sent to your email. Simply click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the "My Account" page under the Sign In section. From there, you will enter your email address in the field, click the "Submit" button, and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

How do I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations online. To request a cancellation, please contact us at 1-800-959-9505 and provide the order number received on your confirmation page. We are only able to cancel merchandise that has not already been shipped to you.

How do I sign in?

To sign in, click on the "My Account" button located at the top right of the page. This will bring up the screen that allows you to enter your email address and password to sign in. To sign out, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the page. Click on "Log out of your account" in the left section of the "My Account" screen.

Where can I find my CVV2 number?

The CVV2 number is the three digit security code that is printed on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is found above the last few digits of the card number on the front of the card. It is used as another verification that the credit card is valid. It is usually found on the top right of the signature box on the back of your credit card.

How do I make changes to my order?

If, after placing your order, you need to make any changes, simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-959-9505 with your request. One of our Customer Service associates will be more than happy to review your order with you. Please be sure to have the order number and phone number you used on the order available so we can quickly access your order.

How do I change/update my account information?

To make changes or update your account information, login to your account. Use the "Change My Account Information" link on the left of the "My Account" page to change your account email, password, or billing and shipping information.
