Digital Marketing Coordinator

 

With a mission to Make Dentistry Better, Practicon serves dental professionals with innovative supplies throughout North America by catalog and website, and through dealers worldwide.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the ongoing development of Practicon's ecommerce marketing channel including its websites, search engine optimization, and affiliated online sales activities.

Core Accountabilities:
Day to day management of all content and technical issues associated with the company's websites.

Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management departments..

Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic and improve sales conversion.

Develop campaigns, customer experiences, while working to maintain Practicon brand consistency and drive a consistent user experience.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve both paid and organic search results.

Ongoing website development and improvement.

Manage 3rd party seller sites, i.e. Net32, Amazon…

Manage involvement with metrics, reports, analysis, and make recommendations for improvements within ecommerce marketing channels.

Manage relationships and monitor performance of ecommerce vendors.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated ecommerce experience within a multi-channel direct marketing business.

Leadership drive and ability to work in a team environment.

Proven ability to produce effective online customer acquisition, retention, and sales strategies.

Detail oriented, well organized, analytical planner able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to feedback.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Requirements
:
This is an on-site position as daily communication with our teams is a critical part of this job.  

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Preferred 5+ years’ experience in a related ecommerce position or equivalent education.
