Outbound Telephone Sales Representative

The Outbound Telephone Sales Representative SERVES Practicon customers and work to make dentistry better by making monthly contacts to our core customers.

We’re looking for someone who:
Serves others – by looking for ways to help people and build trust.
Speaks passionately – has a pleasant and clear phone voice and the
ability to convey information with passion and persuasion.
Actively listens – giving full attention to what our customers are saying and responding appropriately.
Works efficiently – has a persistent and patient approach to placing calls and multitasking.
Has lots of energy – by maintaining a level of intensity throughout the day.
You don’t let rejection, long hours, or repetition drain you.

What you’ll do all day:
Make calls – each representative manages a list of contacts and makes monthly sales calls that
describe membership benefits, member specials, and assist with customer needs.
Keep good records – maintain customer information and review buying habits
in order to provide quality sales and service calls.
Build trusting relationships – through monthly conversation with key contacts.
Generate Sales – understand the customer’s needs and recommend products that
meet their requirements and enable them to better serve their clients.

You’ll be measured on how well you:
Make contacts – we expect our representatives to contact each customer on their list monthly.
Generate sales – we measure average order size, member retention, and sales volume per representative.
