Wolf Child Lead-free X-ray Aprons from Flow Dental are tested to provide the equivalent of 0.25mm lead protection at 80kV, but with one great advantage: in place of lead, an equally protective yet durable film of tungsten and antimony reduces total apron weight by as much as 35% compared to regular lead aprons. Aprons contain no latex, PVC, or toxic metal materials. Flexible, fluid-resistant nylon front reduces stiffness for even greater patient comfort. Foam backing clings to clothing without slipping.
