Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day, with the exception of imprinted products and items on backorder.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately before checkout to give you the opportunity to select a different item, if desired.

Backorders, if any, are shipped with no additional shipping charge when they become available.

Canadian Orders

For your convenience, the necessary duties, goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage and other fees are calculated when you place your order. A brokerage fee of $8.95 will be added to Canadian shipments. All catalog prices and invoices are quoted in US dollars. GST will not be refunded on returns, but Canadian businesses who are eligible for GST reimbursement can claim this amount through a tax credit with their local government. All duty will, in turn, be refunded to the purchaser directly by Practicon, Inc.

When paying by check, please be sure to write "In US funds" on your check. Payments made by credit card are in US dollars and the exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of the charge.

In case of shipping damage, please notify Practicon within 15 days following delivery.

Payment Information

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card is billed only after your order ships. For your convenience, we also offer Open Account Ordering to dental practices within the US and Canada. We reserve the right to verify credit prior to processing your order. Unless otherwise requested, an invoice will be included with your shipment. Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise. Please include your customer number and invoice number on all checks. International Customers

Practicon welcomes business from around the world and will do everything we can to assist you with placing your order.

Outside the US and Canada

All international orders must be prepaid in US currency. We accept US bank drafts, US money orders and all major credit cards. Packages will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and shipping charges are dependent upon the destination, dimensions and weight of the package(s). All expenses will be listed on the invoice enclosed with the order. Please contact Practicon for special assistance and a shipping quote.

Personalized and Special Orders

Practicon reserves the right to refuse returns on special orders and imprinted items unless there is an error on our part. For greatest accuracy, email or FAX us your personalized orders.
