At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations online. To request a cancellation, please contact us at 1.800.959.9505 and provide the order number received on your confirmation page. We are only able to cancel merchandise that has not already been shipped to you.
To sign in, click on the "My Account" button located at the top right of the page. This will bring up the screen that allows you to enter your email address and password to sign in. To sign out, click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the page. Click on "Log Out" in the left section of the "My Account" screen.
The CVV2 number is the three digit security code that is printed on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is found above the last few digits of the card number on the front of the card. It is used as another verification that the credit card is valid. It is usually found on the top right of the signature box on the back of your credit card.
If, after placing your order, you need to make any changes, simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-959-9505 with your request. One of our Customer Service associates will be more than happy to review your order with you. Please be sure to have the order number and phone number you used on the order available so we can quickly access your order.
To make changes or update your account information, login to your account. Use the "My Information" link on the left to change billing information, password, or phone number. Use the "Address Book" link on the left to change or add shipping addresses to your account.
